Online Laugh Therapy workshops are fun, fast-paced energisers specifically tailored to your students' age range. Our practical, 30 minute virtual sessions are designed to stem some of the adrenaline and cortisol, reducing stress, agitation and anxiety - a common barrier to learning and engagement - and give pupils a D.O.S.E of self-produced, health enhancing, creative brain chemicals (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin and Endorphins). These (among others) are proven to energise, engage, lift mood, strengthen our immune system, boost confidence and resilience, and enhance memory, cognition, creativity and problem-solving skills. The workshop introduces students to Laughter Yoga, (stretching, yogic breathing and laughter inducing exercises). It also incorporates our own practical, interactive, laughter-based activities. No need for specific software, apps or accounts. Receive our fun, live, practical session via a direct emailed link. Just position your PC/MAC, laptop, or any mobile device with the built-in mic and webcam facing the class, and then project to your whiteboard for the students to see, hear and interact with. You can receive an online workshop during any part of the lesson or school day. The price includes both the planning and the delivery of the session. Additional, live in-person workshops are encouraged, where our accredited laughter therapist (and former AST/Lead Practitioner) can visit and run a practical session (as well as longer training workshops for SLT, teachers, trainees or teaching assistants).
