RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
Please note our specific cancellation policy for booked sessions is as follows:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not receive a refund.
In the unlikely event that Laugh Therapy must cancel a service, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
SITE MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Services for violations of these Terms and Conditions; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms and Conditions; and (3) otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Services.
